How do I return an item?

If an item arrives damaged
Please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery if your item arrives damaged. We will cover the cost of return shipping and replace the item (if available) or give you a full refund.

If you're unhappy with your purchase
Please contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery if you'd like to return a non-defective/damaged item. You'll have to cover the cost of return shipping, but we'll give you a refund for the cost of the item. Sorry, we are unable to issue store credit at this time. Please Note: blind-boxed items must still be factory sealed in order to be returned.
